01: Please supply any comments related to the Introduction, Definitions, or Background sections.

The Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (SRP) appreciates the dedication to transparency and efforts of the Western Power Pool to provide clarity of the process to review changes to the Tariff or approved Business Practice Manuals (BPM). However, to enhance transparency, it would be beneficial to include specific examples of what might constitute "significant impacts to utility service."

02: Please supply any comments related to the Expedited Proposal Development section.

While SRP acknowledges the outlined process for developing an Expedited Proposal, SRP believes it would be advantageous to provide additional details regarding the criteria and specific steps involved in determining whether a proposal qualifies for expedited review. SRP appreciates WPP's commitment to transparency and requests further clarification on this aspect.

03: Please supply any comments related to the Expedited Proposal Development - Comment period section (2.1).

SRP values the introduction of a comment period for the Expedited Proposal. However, it would be beneficial to specify the duration of this period to ensure that stakeholders have a clear understanding of when to submit their comments. This transparency is greatly appreciated by SRP.

04: Please supply any comments related to the Expedited Proposal Development - COSR Opposition section (2.1.1).

While SRP understands that COSR can oppose an Expedited Proposal and trigger a public discussion, more information on the specific criteria and process for COSR opposition would be valuable. SRP appreciates WPP's commitment to inclusivity and believes that providing further clarity in this regard would strengthen the process.

05: Please supply any comments related to the Expedited Proposal Development - Board of Directors Review section (2.2).

SRP recognizes the Board of Director's role in reviewing the Expedited Proposal and appreciates the WPP's dedication to this process. To further enhance stakeholder understanding, SRP requests a detailed explanation of the Board of Director's specific role, the criteria for approval or rejection, and the potential implications of rejection. SRP values the transparency and collaboration facilitated by WPP through this BPM development.
