The Northwest Operational Planning Study Group is a forum established by the NWPP Operating Committee and Transmission Planning Committee composed of Transmission Operators (TOP) in the NWPP footprint area that enables the TOP’s to coordinate operational planning studies. Participation is limited to reliability personnel (as defined by FERC SOC rules).
