WRAP Governing Documents
FERC Tariff
The WRAP Tariff establishes the rules, requirements, and procedures governing the Western Resource Adequacy Program, administered by the Western Power Pool. It defines the obligations of participating Load Responsible Entities to ensure regional resource adequacy, including forward-showing capacity demonstrations and sharing resources during tight grid operating conditions. Additionally, the Tariff includes provisions for governance, settlements, credit requirements, dispute resolution, and confidentiality of participant data.
