Currently a user has to log into the WRAP Operation Client to see if there were any errors when their files were uploaded.

A notification is sent to the company to notify them of a file upload error.

Benefits
A utility does not know there is an issue with a file upload until they have logged into the Operation Client. When a utility is notified of an error, the utility can troubleshoot the issue, even if they are not logged into the Operations Client.
