APS participated in the PRC Prioritization Exercise in January. We appreciate all the thought and work that went into that exercise. Something that the PRC and WPP may consider for this exercise next year would be to provide some time for each of the concepts to be presented at a high level to the stakeholders prior to the voting exercise.
