A "PM" was likely omitted from the section. A deadline of 05:00 for the Forward Showing Submittal seems out of place. 17:00 or some other time during normal business hours seems more appropriate.

SRP acknowledges the well-structured FS Submittal and Cure Period in the BPM. However, for added clarity, SRP recommends including more detailed guidance on curing FS Submittal deficiencies or referencing Section 14.5 of the WRAP Tariff which addresses this process. This would provide participants with clearer directions on addressing and rectifying any deficiencies.

FS Cure deadlines are set dates in this BPM. The Tariff language in 13.2.(iii) states that the "Participant shall have an opportunity to cure such deficiencies, within sixty days of notification of deficiency" Is this document clarifying that the PO deficiency notices will never be sent before the dates specified? It would help to clarify the gap between Tariff language and the BPM.

"at 05:00 Pacific Prevailing Time (PPT) on the date indicated. The Program Operator shall serve"

So we are saying 5AM and not 5PM (or COB) on that date?

Believe this should be 5PM or 1700 hours.
