It may be correct, but the first sentence does not include the ability for the COSR, or any other stakeholder group not identified in the sentence to submit a proposal for consideration to the RAPC Chair.

Under this section there is a reference to "...other committees and stakeholders performing a concurrent review with the Board of Directors during the expedited review. Can you specify which committees and stakeholders this is referring to?
