The enclosed Non-Task Force Proposal (NTFP) 2024-NTFP-1 provides corrections to erroneous language in the WRAP Tariff to align with intended policy. These corrections allow for the following Business Practice Manuals (BPMs) to be considered for Board approval:

BPM 202 Participant Sharing Calculation Inputs

On July 17th, 2024, the Program Review Committee (PRC) agreed to allocate the Committee of State Representatives (COSR) two weeks for additional comment per the processes described in BPM 302 - Proposal Development and Consideration.
