01: Please supply any comments related to the Introduction, Definitions, or Background sections.

Powerex notes there are some minor corrections required for the following definitions:

  1. Is the following phrase in the definition “As to a Binding Season, “ required ? 

Aggregate Capacity Deficiency: As to a Binding Season, is the sum of all Monthly Deficiencies of all Participants that submitted FS Submittals for such Binding Season, as determined following completion of the Cure Period for such Binding Season.

  1. The word “great” should be replaced with “greater”.

 Summer % Deficit: A value great than 0 that is the ratio of the Aggregate Capacity Deficiency for the WRAP as a whole for a Summer Season, divided by the P50 Peak Load Forecast for that Summer Season.

  1. The word “great” should be replaced with “greater”.

Winter % Deficit: A value great than 0 that is the ratio of the Aggregate Capacity Deficiency for the WRAP as a whole for a Winter Season, divided by the P50 Peak Load Forecast for that Winter Season.
