Regarding 4.2.2 Comments Intake we wanted to confirm the deadline by which the revised draft is distributed to the Board of Directors and posted publicly. Is the deadline for doing so May 15th? Please confirm.

In section 4.3 there is no deadline listed for the Board to approve the Workplan. We noticed that all other steps included hard deadlines so wanted to follow up on this step as well.
In 4.3.3 there was no timeframe provided for the board to send revisions to the PRC regarding suggested changes and updates would be helpful to include that in this section.
