Comments from Fred Heutte (NWEC) in workshop:
1. Study should consider incorporating a broad range of weather and climate data.

2. Consider the carrying capacity of the system including Grid Enhancing Technologies, demand side response, energy storage.

3. Look at co-optimization of new transmission and new resources.
