General Comment

General comments in workshop:

1. The study team should consider the findings of recent WECC studies and identify items that may need to be addressed in this WPP study (e.g. frequency response and voltage stability in a highly inverter based resource future).

2. The study should identify and document data gaps in the WECC ADS and other data sources to help inform extended-horizon study needs.
