Under the data item for Hourly Load Profiles, it references providing Load Data for the previous 10 years, but in the definition of Load Data it is defined as the previous year only, while Historical Load Data is the defined term for any load data prior to the previous year. Would just consider going with only the Historical Load Data definition, as there isn’t much value in defining Load Data as written.

APS believes that there is a Board Approval of FSPRM in Section 14.3 of the Tariff. If correct this would be a good location in the BPM to acknowledge the Board approval step of the process.
