We think this is the first time we have seen definitions that are pointing to another BPM to define the term. We are familiar with the Tariff based definitions referencing their location in the Tariff, but why not put the definition for BPM defined terms in each BPM they are relevant to?

There’s a small spelling error on Page 4 towards the bottom “Sseason”.

Is the Contingency reserves still changes relative to the Forward Showing Capacity requirement as outlined in the BPM?

There is a small grammatical error in section 3 in the 2nd paragraph – The “an” should be an “a” on the 3rd line.

03: Please supply any comments related to the Priorities of Access During the Transition Period When Aggregate Holdback Requirements Are Limited section.

Is there a priority in which surplus supply will be allocated between using voluntary and calculated surplus? It is unclear in the BPM if the deficit entities will first be allocated calculated surplus, and then voluntary surplus based on their priority tier, or will all supply be allocated as one bucket?
