General Comment

Thank you for the opportunity to comment, and for the work that went into this proposal. It is Bonneville's opinion that the end date of the evaluation period should end one month before the end of the cure period. When the cure period Operations test period runs all the way though the data submittal day, senior officials don’t have time to review that data as part of the attestation that all information is true and accurate. The evaluation period should end one month before cure period ends to allow time for all reviews and data submissions.
