  Participant must tag Energy deployment at least 90 minutes before hour….

  What is the deadline for Participant to claim ‘up to the ab mount of holdback that they were allocated from Preschedule’?

  When is the final notification of energy deployment issued??

  How much time does a participant have to tag deployment between the 105 - claiming – issuance of deployment order – 90 minutes before…   a lot to happen in 15 minutes with NO defined times in the BPM..  These need clarified and set as part of the BPM that is specifically about this timeline.

04 Please supply any comments related to the current format, structure, contents of the business practice - as it relates to a template for all business practices to follow.

• Pg. 7, In regard to the Preschedule Day and OD SChedule diagram - 'After the Fact Data Submission' is included in this graphic. Nothing is noted in the BPM above about 'After the Fact Data Submission' or a time frame for that data submittal, seems like it would be the logical addition to the BPA to add the expectation of the AFT data submittal time frame.

General Comment

• In the intro section:
  • Question about the definition of components of Uncertainty and if the list is complete. All resources, load, and transmission could experience change between Preschedule and OD.  Calculation seems to only account for a limited (narrow) set of the possible changes, should it address all?
  • Should there be some sort of credit provided for those already carrying uncertainty as part of their own BAA operations?
