Distribution Planning Forum #2

This will be the continuation of our June 7 distribution planning forum, picking up where we left off in our discussion. Near the end of the June 7 forum we were discussing design and loading criteria, particularly for systems that have the capability to transfer loads between multiple circuits and substations that serve congested areas. I would like to begin with a recap of our discussion and any additional items of interest on those topics, before moving into the discussion on Seasonal Systems.
