Kick-Off Meeting Day 1 - SRSG Participants Integration into NWPP RSG

In order to get a Kick-Off Meeting date on calendars the WPP has tentatively scheduled the Kick-Off Meetings for SRSG BA Integration into NWPP RSG Program over a two-day session:

June 5 and 6, 2023:

• Day 1:  11am to 5pm,
  • 11am to 12pm – Lunch will be provided
• Day 2:  7:30am to 3pm
  • 7:30am to 8am – Light breakfast
  • 11:30am to 12:30pm – Lunch

Lunch, refreshments, and snacks will be provided for both days.  A light breakfast will be provided on Day 2, see Draft Agenda for details.

Western Area Power Administration Desert Southwest has volunteered to host this meeting at their location in Phoenix, AZ. For all In-Person Participants:

• For any Participant who is not a U.S. Citizen, you will need to complete and submit the Foreign National Data Card form and provide it back to Allan Austin: austin@wapa.gov   WAPA needs time to process your entrance into building.
• Please take note of the Map of WAPA DSW Complex to best assist you with parking, access into the building, and out of the heat

WPP highly encourages folks to attend this meeting In-Person however are consideration of time constraints and travel restrictions and have planned for a hybrid meeting option utilizing the Microsoft “Teams” functionality, see the ‘CALL INFO’ tab with this information.

Who should attend this meeting?

• WPP expects the SRSG BA and Sub-Entity Program Representatives,
• Lead individuals supporting SRSG BA and Sub-Entity EMS Operations Engineers (supporting ICCP, SCADA and AGC), and
• SRSG BA and Sub-Entity Training Staff be present at this meeting.

Last, the Meeting Registration cutoff date for In-Person attendance is May 29, 2023.
