  • History of Northwest AC Intertie – Dmitry Kosterev
  • Operating Horizon Studies for NWACI – Nick Haggerty
  • Planning Horizon Studies for NWACI – Sergey Pustovit

Dr. Dmitry Kosterev is a transmission planning engineer at BPA, where he has been involved in many transmission planning projects, sycnhrophasor project, modeling and validation. He served as a chair of WECC modeling work group, WECC Joint Synchronized Information Subcommittee, and NERC Load Modeling Task Force.

Sergey Postovit has worked at BPA, Transmission Planning for the past 10 yrs. He has a Graduate Certificate in Power Systems from Portland State University and received B.S.E.E. from Portland State University.

Nick Haggerty is a Transmission Operations Planning Engineer at BPA and has served in that role for 1 year. His prior experience includes 2 years as Transmission Planning Engineer for BPA and 1 year as Crane Engineer for Department of The Navy. Nick received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Washington State University in 2015.
