COSR Overview

State regulators and energy offices have always served an important role in Resource Adequacy (RA), and the WRAP COSR will be formed exclusively for state representatives, with one representative from each state or provincial jurisdiction which has load represented by a participant. The scope and role of the COSR is meant to facilitate participation by the state authorities, and the vast majority of their operations, processes, and procedures will be left to them to determine.
