Section 3.6 and Table 6 Title seem to contradict what information will be supplied for current applicable season and Advisory season - participants should receive all data for both seasons.

Table 6 - Seems to contradict section 3.6 above - where is says 'makes recommendations for a proposed FSPRM for each month of the applicable Binding Seasons, and provides an advisory FSPRM for each month of the Binding Seasons five years ahead'  and then lists all the things provided.

Does that mean that the Advisory only provides a PRM number and no additional resource information? 

Modeling should be providing ALL details for both the applicable season and the Advisory season.

APS believes that there is a Board Approval of FSPRM in Section 14.3 of the Tariff. If correct this would be a good location in the BPM to acknowledge the Board approval step of the process.

Suggest adding to end of sentence, "of the Study Period."
