APS is requesting to make the BPM comment template's downloadable, this would make it much easier to collaborate internally on organization comments and input. Currently have to recreate the comment template on own in word for internal collaboration.  

• In the intro section:
  • Question about the definition of components of Uncertainty and if the list is complete. All resources, load, and transmission could experience change between Preschedule and OD.  Calculation seems to only account for a limited (narrow) set of the possible changes, should it address all?
  • Should there be some sort of credit provided for those already carrying uncertainty as part of their own BAA operations?

On page 3 in Purpose section, end of paragraph looks to be cut off.

On page 6, final paragraph in Preschedule section appears to be cut off (or it might be an invisible link to Figure 2).

On page 4, 2nd sentence in 2nd paragraph is cutoff or incomplete.

On page 3 in Uncertainty section, strike ‘as to a Participant’.

SCL would like to see clarity on the hours mentioned throughout the document. It would be helpful to see the am/pm designation alongside the hour as well as notated on Figure 2.

SRP is encouraged to evaluate and conduct testing of the Operations Program during the Ops Program Trial. SRP also encourages WPP to take into consideration output of the Ops Trail into the timeline as necessary.
