APS appreciates the efforts of WPP and of the task force members in the development of this proposal. We feel that this is a necessary change to provide clarity in the WRAP program around non-NERC priority transmission products.
02. Do you have any comments on the WRAP Qualifying Transmission definition, including whether the proposed language in part (iii) provides sufficient clarity for non-NERC priority transmission products such as CAISO’s Priority Wheeling Through?
APS is in complete support of the proposed language as it provides sufficient clarity for non-NERC priority transmission products. APS agrees with the approach taken in this proposal to create a definition of the WRAP Qualifying Transmission that can be referenced throughout the tariff. The flexibility of this approach allows for application to other transmission products that could potentially develop in the future.
