How do Resources work?

On nwpp.org, documents of any kind are called "resources", and are represented by a square card surrounded in a colored border. The color is determined by the workgroup associated with the resource. A single resource can have as many as five documents available for download. Simply hover your cursor (or "mouseover") the resource card, and the document links will rise from the bottom. Click the links to download the document.

Not all resources can be seen by all people. To ensure you are seeing all resources available to you, make sure you sign in. The resource library will dynamically populate with all resources that are designated public, as well as any private resources to workgroups that you are part of.

When signed in, a ribbon icon will appear in the top right corner of all resources. Click the ribbon to bookmark the resource for quick reference. Recent bookmarks can be accessed from your dashboard at the top of every page, or by clicking your username and photo in your dashboard to visit your profile page.

If a resource is restricted, you must have the appropriate workgroup permission to view the documents. Restricted resources have an "eye-slash" icon adjacent the bookmark ribbon.

Some resources are restricted but are not associated with a workgroup. Those resources can be seen by anyone signed in.
