Comments accepted March 13th, 2026 to April 15th, 2026
The online WRAP Change Request Portal was opened in October 2024, following the completion of all Business Practice Manuals (BPMs). Any stakeholder could submit ideas for changes (known as Concepts) to the Tariff or BPMs via a Change Request Form (CRF). Concepts are high-level ideas that need to be developed by Task Forces into full Proposals ready to go out for comment before being considered for approval by WPP’s Board of Directors (Board). The final day for stakeholders to submit complete CRFs to be considered for the PRC’s 2026 Workplan was December 31st, 2025.
This draft 2026 PRC Workplan contains a schedule for Task Forces to develop prioritized Concepts into Proposals from July 2026 through June 2027, along with a flexible plan of action to adjust the schedule due to special circumstances.
The PRC is seeking comments on the posted draft 2026 Workplan, following the prompts below, and submitted in the commenting tool here prior to the deadline.
