The enclosed Non-Task Force Proposal (NTFP) 2024-NTFP-1 provides corrections to erroneous language in the WRAP Tariff to align with intended policy. These corrections allow for the following Business Practice Manuals (BPMs) to be considered for Board approval:

BPM 202 Participant Sharing Calculation Inputs

BPM 205 Energy Deployment
Please provide comments on the 2024-NTFP-1 draft posted. Note that the Tariff revisions provided have been deemed by the Program Review Committee (PRC) to be sufficiently developed to qualify as a Non-Task Force Proposal - comments should be focused on the redlines provided.
