Action Item

If your organization is joining WRAP, as you complete this section, begin identifying who from your organization will support the following WRAP responsibilities:

  • Forward Showing

  • Operations Program

  • Storage Hydro (if applicable)

  • Settlements

  • Resource Adequacy Participant Committee (RAPC)

Once identified, please complete this contact spreadsheet and email it to wrap@westernpowerpool.org.

NOTE: If your organization has signed the WRAPA before its effective date, your designated representatives are welcome to attend applicable Workgroup meetings and closed RAPC sessions prior to becoming a Participant. Providing this contact information early will help us ensure the appropriate individuals receive meeting invitations and communications.

Reminder for regulated participants

Costs to support the Committee of State Representatives (COSR) are collected from regulated participants such as investor-owned utilities. If you are a state regulated entity, expect to pay these costs. Payments are calculated annually using EIA load data.
