TEA would like to be considered for membership on the Data Center/Large Loads Task Force. TEA is a WRAP binding participant as a Load Responsible Entity for several Northwest consumer-owned utilities that either have existing large loads in their service territories or are actively evaluating new large loads for interconnection into their service territories. As such, TEA has a particular interest in this Task Force. TEA's main point of contact for this Task Force will be Ed Mount and TEA will assign an additional subject matter expert as needed along with Mr. Mount prior to the formation of this Task Force.

Powerex Corp. appreciates the opportunity to submit nominations for Task Force participation and submits our nomination for participation in Task Force 2025-CRF-14/19. Powerex possesses extensive knowledge in energy trading, market design, transmission and generation system modelling and forecasting, and has been an active participant in the SPP Markets+ market development effort and has also closely followed the CAISO EDAM development effort and participated in its stakeholder process. Since the inception of the WPP WRAP development effort, Powerex has been active in all aspects of the Program’s design and formation. While specific team leads will be assigned once the various task forces are formed, Powerex’s contribution to the effort would be made from our team of traders, analysts and policy experts which includes: Derek Russell – Director, , Power; Ryan Holyk – Trader; Glen Tang – Director; Rob Gosselin – Trader; Power; Raj Hundal – Director, Market Policy; and others, as required.

As a hyperscaler, Google has multiple data centers with significant load in the Northwest, and would appreciate the opportunity to provide input and expertise to support development of policies impacting data centers and large loads. David serves as an Energy Market Development lead for the Western US and will provide subject expertise to the taskforce as needed.
