Powerex Corp. appreciates the opportunity to submit nominations for Task Force participation and submits our nomination for participation in Task Force 2025-CRF-16. Powerex possesses extensive knowledge in energy trading, market design, transmission and generation system modelling and forecasting, and has been an active participant in the SPP Markets+ market development effort and has also closely followed the CAISO EDAM development effort and participated in its stakeholder process. Since the inception of the WPP WRAP development effort, Powerex has been active in all aspects of the Program’s design and formation. While specific team leads will be assigned once the various task forces are formed, Powerex’s contribution to the effort would be made from our team of traders, analysts and policy experts which includes: Derek Russell – Director, , Power; Ryan Holyk – Trader; Glen Tang – Director; Rob Gosselin – Trader; Power; Raj Hundal – Director, Market Policy; and others, as required.
