Steve is a regional WRAP expert and has significant contributions to make to this task force.

TEA would like to be considered for membership on the Regional Transmission (for Capacity) Task Force and associated Work Group. TEA is a WRAP binding participant with long-term firm regional transmission contract assests and therefore has a particular interest in this Task Force. TEA's main point of contact for this Task Force will be Ed Mount and TEA will assign an additional subject matter expert as needed along with Mr. Mount prior to the formation of this Task Force and associated Work Group.

Powerex Corp. appreciates the opportunity to submit nominations for Task Force participation and submits our nomination for participation in Task Force 2025-CRF-09/10. Powerex possesses extensive knowledge in energy trading, market design, transmission and generation system modelling and forecasting, and has been an active participant in the SPP Markets+ market development effort and has also closely followed the CAISO EDAM development effort and participated in its stakeholder process. Since the inception of the WPP WRAP development effort, Powerex has been active in all aspects of the Program’s design and formation. While specific team leads will be assigned once the various task forces are formed, Powerex’s contribution to the effort would be made from our team of traders, analysts and policy experts which includes: Derek Russell – Director, , Power; Ryan Holyk – Trader; Glen Tang – Director; Rob Gosselin – Trader; Power; Raj Hundal – Director, Market Policy; and others, as required.

Tatum Bingham

APS has been actively involved in all aspects of WRAP development and design since the Program’s inception. We would like to nominate Tatum Bingham for this task force. Tatum is part of the APS Market Policy group and has been engaged in WRAP-related activities for over a year. Additional APS subject matter experts will support the task force as needed.

Pattern Energy nominates Jack Wadleigh, Senior Regulatory and Market Affairs Manager, to serve on this Task Force. Jack would contribute valuable expertise gained through his participation in Western energy market and regulatory stakeholder forums focused on transmission planning, market design, resource adequacy, and regional coordination. Pattern would bring a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges associated with expanding interregional transmission, informed by our recent practical experience developing and deploying large-scale transmission solutions that enhance reliability, affordability, and efficient resource sharing across the West.

Portland General Electric nominates Stefan Cristea for this task force.

SRP appreciates the opportunity to participate in the Regional Transmission for Capacity Task Force. SRP is interested in helping evaluate how regional transmission may provide real resource adequacy value while ensuring any approach is practical. SRP is also interested in ensuring that a proposal developed by the task force is evaluated with consideration of external capacity and transmission deliverability.

Avista has been actively involved in all aspects of WRAP development and design since the Program’s inception. We would like to nominate Morgan Stach and Randy Gnaedinger for this task force. Additional Avista subject matter experts will support the task force as needed.

Tacoma would like to be considered for membership on the Regional Transmission (For Capacity) workgroup. Tacoma has been involved in WRAP since the inception of the program. We would like to nominate either Carly Page or Thad LeVar. Both have expertise in WRAP and will be supported by additional subject matter experts as needed.

Idaho Power nominates Camille Christen for this task force. Idaho Power, and Camille, have been heavily involved in WRAP for the past several years, and Camille has knowledge and expertise in transmission issues as well as in WRAP.
