WPP Board Responds to PacifiCorp Letter
On October 8, the WPP Board of Directors sent a letter to PacifiCorp about the Western Resource Adequacy Program (WRAP). The letter was a response to one the Board received from PacifiCorp on September 30. Both letters are included here.
