NV Energy would like to nominate Lindsey Schlekeway for the task force. NV Energy believes that accurately calculating the QCC for new and existing resources is key to meeting reliability and properly capturing the addition of new resources. Appropriate QCC accreditation provides NV Energy and WRAP participants with more confidence with resource planning.

Tacoma Power would like to participate in the ELCC by Vintage task force. Tacoma would like to have the ability to influence policy on this topic in order to ensure the WRAP program is durable and achieves its goals. Specifically, Tacoma would nominate Connor Lennon. He has experience with the WRAP FS program and resource modeling.

Powerex Corp. appreciates the opportunity to submit nominations for Task Force participation and submits our nomination for participation in Task Force 2024-CRF-12. Powerex possesses extensive knowledge in energy trading, market design, transmission and generation system modelling and forecasting, and has been an active participant in the SPP Markets+ market development effort and has also closely followed the CAISO EDAM development effort and participated in its stakeholder process. Since the inception of the WPP WRAP development effort, Powerex has been active in all aspects of the Program’s design and formation. PSE would like the opportunity to participate in the ELCC by Vintage / Indicative QCC for Long Term Storage PRC Task Force by providing input into future WRAP policy decisions and collaborating with others to achieve a successful outcome for all WRAP participants. PSE is an active participant of FS and Ops Program workgroups, PRC and RAPC and has developed valuable insight into the program's policy and operational requirements. As an organization, PSE has extensive industry knowledge and experience which could be leveraged by the ELCC by Vintage / Indicative QCC for Long Term Storage PRC Task Force. Prior to task force commencement, PSE will identify the relevant internal Subject Matter Expert to assign to the respective program task force.

SRP respectfully submits this nomination for itself to participate in the ELCC by Vintage / Indicative QCC for Long-Term Storage task force. SRP is specifically interested in contributing to the development of enhancements to WRAP’s ELCC and QCC methodologies that address differences in performance across resources. SRP would select Jon Cook as our primary representative. Jon Cook leads efforts in SRP’s Forward Showing submissions. He is also on the Energy Systems Integration Group (ESIG) resource adequacy task force and is actively engaged in the WRAP Forward Showing working group as well as the development of WRAP business practice manuals. As a Senior Principal Analyst in Resource Planning, responsible for performing resource accreditation in SRP’s annual resource plan, Jon brings a strong understanding of resource accreditation frameworks. Jon Cook is well positioned to contribute to the tasks force’s technical and policy outcomes.
