As a sponsor of this change request, APS is automatically assumed to be a member of this task force. APS does wish to participate as a member of this task force. APS’ service territory has experienced significant load growth recently, which is expected to continue into the future. We intend to make subject matter experts available to the task force as requested. A specific individual from our organization will be identified at a later date for direct participation in this task force.

As a co-sponsor of this concept, SRP appreciates the opportunity to participate in this task force. Our objective is to improve how WRAP calculates expected future load so that resource adequacy requirements better reflect growth trajectories that are consistent with our preparation for high season operational needs and current industry expectations, rather than relying on a default assumption.
