Tacoma Power would like to participate on this task force to ensure that the rules around outages are clear and allow for as much flexibility as is reasonably possible without sacrificing the intent of the WRAP program. Specifically, Tacoma Power would nominate Saul Villarreal, the Resource Operations lead for Tacoma Power. He has experience scheduling generator outages and calculating the hydro QCCs for Tacoma Power.

APS would like to participate as a member of this task force. APS has participated in all non-binding forward showings since joining the WRAP program in 2022 and has previously provided detailed design considerations around planned outage incorporation into WRAP which will allow APS to provide additional meaningful perspectives in this task force. A specific individual from our organization will be identified at a later date for direct participation in this task force.

Powerex Corp. appreciates the opportunity to submit nominations for Task Force participation and submits our nomination for participation in Task Force 2024-CRF-15. Powerex possesses extensive knowledge in energy trading, market design, transmission and generation system modelling and forecasting, and has been an active participant in the SPP Markets+ market development effort and has also closely followed the CAISO EDAM development effort and participated in its stakeholder process. Since the inception of the WPP WRAP development effort Powerex has been active in all aspects of the Program’s design and formation. While specific team leads will be assigned once the various task forces are formed, Powerex’s contribution to the effort would be made from our team of traders, analysts and policy experts which includes: -Derek Russell – Director, Power -Michael Goodenough – Director Power -Ryan Holyk – Trader -Glen Tang – Trader -Rob Gosselin - Trader -Dan O’Hearn – Director Power -Raj Hundal – Director Market Policy -Others, as required.

PSE would like the opportunity to participate in the Planned Outage PRC Task Force by providing input into future WRAP policy decisions and collaborating with others to achieve a successful outcome for all WRAP participants. PSE is an active participant of FS and Ops Program workgroups, PRC and RAPC and has developed valuable insight into the program's policy and operational requirements. As an organization, PSE has extensive industry knowledge and experience which could be leveraged by the Planned Outage PRC Task Force. Prior to task force commencement, PSE will identify the relevant internal Subject Matter Expert to assign to the respective program task force.
