APS would like to participate as a member of this task force. APS has participated in all non-binding forward showings since joining the WRAP program in 2022 while completing many capability tests on our resources which will allow for APS to participate with meaningful perspectives in this task force. A specific individual from our organization will be identified at a later date for direct participation in this task force.

NV Energy would like to nominate Lindsey Schlekeway for the task force. PSE would like the opportunity to participate in the Capability Testing Off-Season PRC Task Force by providing input into future WRAP policy decisions and collaborating with others to achieve a successful outcome for all WRAP participants. PSE is an active participant of FS and Ops Program workgroups, PRC and RAPC and has developed valuable insight into the program's policy and operational requirements. As an organization, PSE has extensive industry knowledge and experience which could be leveraged by the Capability Testing Off-Season PRC Task Force. Prior to task force commencement, PSE will identify the relevant internal Subject Matter Expert to assign to the respective program task force.

JERRET FISCHER | SRP
As the sponsor of this concept, SRP appreciates the opportunity to participate in this task force. SRP is interested in supporting the WRAP to develop a flexible framework that allows resources with seasonal constraints to demonstrate their QCC through either historical operational data or adjusted off-season capability tests.

LEAH MARQUEZ-GLYNN | Tacoma Po…
Tacoma Power has concerns about testing requirements for hydro resources related to testing during a low water year that appear like they might dovetail well with the goals of this workgroup. Tacoma would like to specifically nominate Saul Villarreal for this task force. He has expertise in resource operations and QCC calculations and is Tacoma’s representative on the Storage Hydro User Group.
